Obituaries

The death of Mary Ruby (Sutherland) Taylor wife of the late Hugh Taylor of Cassilis, NB, occurred on Wednesday, August 30, 2023, at her residence at the age of 72. Born in Newcastle, NB, she was the daughter of the late Hugh and Gladys (Mullin) Sutherland. Mary worked as a homecare worker over the years. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and loved playing bingo.
Mary is survived by her daughter: Kathie Urquhart (Rob) of Boom Road, NB; grandchildren: Kai Mullin (Chase Hoock) and William Mullin.
Besides her parents and husband, Mary is predeceased by her infant brother: Jack Sutherland.
At Mary’s request there will be no visitation or funeral service.
